When it comes to filter mats, we differentiate between thermally and mechanically strengthened mats with a material depth/thickness of either 5 mm, 10 mm, or 20 mm. The composition complies with DIN EN 779: 2012 and ISO 16890 specifications. We also offer an extensive range of “PPI foam filter mats”.  PPI (pores per inch) indicates the number of cells in the foam per inch.  Filtration foam falls under the following categories:  PPI 10, PPI 20, PPI 25, PPI 30, PPI 45, PPI 60, and PPI 80. The density or the pores determines the filter surface and the air flow. PPI filter mats have a long service life and can be recycled.
